Delivery delay

Our orders may experience some delays depending on the region/country.
From March 30 in France and until further notice, collections, deposits and distribution of packages will be done over 3 days, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.


Regarding return requests, the processing time will be a little longer. Please contact customer service beforehand to request a return. The date of your return request will prevail.


All your online orders are processed in a secure environment and according to the strict recommendations of the World Health Organization and the Government.

⚠️ Health precautions for the delivery of packages:

The deliveryman is recommended to follow these steps:
• notify the customer of his arrival by striking or ringing;
• drop the parcel on the doorstep;
• immediately deviate from a minimum of one meter before the customer opens the door;
• do not collect a handwritten signature but remotely check that the package has been received by the customer.

The customer, for his part, must wait a few seconds before opening the door, to allow the delivery man to move away from it.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are defined according to the weight of the package and the country of delivery. This amount will be calculated automatically before the validation of your order, after having communicated your address of delivery.

Delivery delay

Orders are considered valid upon receipt of payment. Packages are usually shipped within 3 to 5 days (business days) after receipt of payment (unless otherwise specified when ordering). At this time of expedition are added the delivery times Colissimo which vary according to the country of destination. Here are the delivery times to take into account from the day after the day of your order.

Delivery methods

Our packages are shipped via Colissimo. Whatever the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online. Your package is shipped at your own risk but special attention is paid to fragile items. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected. Smart indoor gardens do not return in the mailboxes, in case of absence, you will receive a notice asking you to pick up your parcel at the nearest post office. We therefore recommend that you prefer delivery to the post office or point of withdrawal when ordering.

Right of withdrawal and return of products

In accordance with articles L121-21 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) clear days from the date of receipt of your order. Please contact our customer service to learn about the return procedure. No returns will be accepted without the prior authorization of Veritable®. This right of return can only be accepted for products returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, notices ...), without trace of use. Products returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not give rise to any refund. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the event of anomaly noted on the product received, not resulting from the bad conditions of transport. Any refund to the customer will be made within thirty (30) days of the exercise of this right.

Customs duty and taxes

For all shipments to International (excluding Europe), Overseas and Switzerland, prices are exclusive of taxes. All orders placed on the Site of Veritable SAS to a country outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs duties that are imposed in the country of destination. These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the Customer and are his responsibility. Veritable  SAS is not required to verify and inform its Customers of customs duties and applicable taxes. It is up to the Client himself to inquire with the competent authorities of his country. The refusal of payment by the customer of customs fees leads to the cancellation of the order and its refund. Shipping and customs clearance costs Veritable SAS to recall the order will be deducted from the amount refunded.
